3. Financing of multinational organizations ( B.I.U., E.B.U, etc.)

    Please, related to the subject already announced (see below), could it be possible for each country delegates to receive a copy of this finance proposition before the Congress? It will be very useful in order to internally discuss it before the event.

    E.B.U. has worked up a calculation for 2005 and 2006

    Mr. Lubomir Janoska (Treasurer of the E.B.U.) will introduce to all delegates how cover this budget and will come with an offer how to finance E.B.U. (B.I.U.) in the future.
